RTI Awards Committee Formed to Monitor RTI Awards 2010

This year onwards, an RTI Awards Committee (RAC) consisting of 65 activists from almost all the states has been formed. RAC would be responsible for monitoring the RTI Awards process and take all important decisions related to the Awards.
In its meeting held on 30th and 31st January, the committee laid down the process and criteria for awards in each category.

क्यू: उत्तर परदेश विधान मंडल दुआरा फेर्वेरी २००८ में पारित उत्तर परदेश संगठित अपराध विधेयक २००७ को वापस लेने की घोसना परदेश की मुख्यमंत्री सुश्री मायावती जी को लेनी पड़ी यह बतारिख ४ सितम्बर को हुआ उनका और जनता का यह इल्जाम हेई की केंद्र सर्कार ने जानबूझकर इश विधयेक को मंजूरी नहीं दी थी ?
जबकि यह बिलकुल महारास्त्र के मकोका की तर्ज़ पर था इस विदेयक का कांग्रेस ने भरी विरोध किया था क्यों ?
तथा विधेयक अप्रैल २००८ से रास्त्रपति जी के पास मंजूरी के लिए लंबित था
क्या यह विधेयक जानबूझ कर लटकाया गया था /
या फिर यह सर्कार देश में शांति नहीं चाहती ?/

सम्पर्दायिक हिंसा रोकने के सम्बन्ध विधेयक जब से मानिये परधन मंत्री डॉक्टर मनमोहन सिंह जी बने हें ! उन का ध्यान इस तरफ रहा हें की देश को केसे सम्पर्दायिक हिंसा की बुरैई से मुक्ति दिलाई जाये इश उद्द्येस्ये से २००५ में लोकसभा में सम्पर्दायिक हिंसा निरोधक विधयेक पेश किया गया था परन्तु अफ़सोस यह अभी तक ठन्डे बसते में पड़ा हें क्यों ?
क्या इश से यह स्पस्ट नहीं होता की सर्कार की कार्य पर्दाली सुस्त हें और उनकी वजह से रोज़ जवानों की जाने जा रही हें
केंद्र सर्कार जवाब दे ????????

My heartiest congratulations to the RTI Awards organising team. I want to clear a ground reality that people using RTI are in a great fear of implications in the false cases. I exposed a nexus between builder and public authorities through RTI for which I was nominated in the Citizen Category and now a false case was imposed on me by the builder. My humble request from Arvind ji and all jury member that please raise the issue of protection of RTI activist. We have already lost many in past like Mr. Shetty in Maharastra and Mr. Lalit in Jharkhand. People using RTI at their workplace are in great trouble. Who will save them? I am not asking for complete immunity but atleast first line of immunity can be given by the government. I am afraid that people may not use RTI at the cost of their life. Please do something.
