  1. All information provided in the nomination forms shall be treated as public and used as may be deemed fit by the organizers.
  2. The decision of the jury constituted for the RTI Awards is final and binding on all applicants and cannot be challenged in any court of law.
  3. By submitting a nomination, the applicant accepts the Terms & Conditions.
